Re-Heating Instructions

Mashed Potatoes

  • Stovetop

    1. Put them in a pot on low heat.

    2. Add a little milk or water.

    3. Stir until warm and smooth. 

  • Microwave

    1. Put them in a bowl.

    2. Add a little milk or water.

    3. Heat, stir, and finish with butter if you want.

Roasted Vegetables & Herb-Garlic Gravy

  • Oven

    • Spread veggies on a tray.

    • Bake at 375°F for 8–12 minutes until warm.

    • Don’t cover—they stay crispy this way.

  • Microwave

    • Place on a plate.

    • Heat 30–45 seconds at a time, until warm.

Black Pepper Turkey Gravy

  • Stovetop: Low heat, stir frequently, add a splash of water, stock, or cream if too thick.

  • Microwave: Lightly covered, 30–60 sec intervals, stirring in between.

  • Tip: Avoid high heat—creamy or egg-based sauces can split.

Roasted Turkey

  • Oven (best):

    • Low temp 250–300°F (120–150°C).

    • Cover loosely with foil to prevent drying.

    • Heat until internal temp reaches safe levels (chicken/pork 165°F, beef 135–145°F for medium).

  • Stovetop:

    • Sear briefly in a hot pan for a few minutes to refresh crust.

  • Microwave:

    • Cover loosely, short intervals (30–60 sec), check frequently to avoid overcooking.
